| Marie N. Tilden - Attorney at Law PS |
Marie N. Tilden, Attorney at Law PS, is a boutique family law firm, founded to provide client-centered,
compassionate and effective legal services to family law and adoption clients.
When it comes to legal matters involving your family, you need not only expert legal advice you can rely on and trust, you need a lawyer who listens with compassion and understanding. Whether a routine or complicated case, Marie’s uppermost goal is to achieve security for children and their families. Often, she can do this through negotiation; sometimes she goes to court. Marie uses determination, creativity, compassion and her thorough knowledge of the law to assist her clients to meet their goals. Marie has founded her firm based on her commitment to two main principles: |
| |
| Law with a Conscience: |
|
| Marie adheres to a philosophy of law with a conscience. She knows that good, smart legal advice does not have to exclude the qualities of kindness and compassion. |
| |
| Child Centered Practice: |
|
| When children are involved in a legal matter, their interests come first. Marie believes children have the right to be nurtured, loved, respected and live free of fear and anxiety. This is what drives her. |

About Me |
| |
I have been drawn to helping people my entire life. I entered the law profession with an eagerness to learn and gain insight as to how best to serve this principle. After graduating from law school with honors, I proceeded to work for large law firms in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Seattle, Washington. While I gained indispensible knowledge and experience, I found big firm practice unfulfilling. |
